True Comfort Cleaning Ironing Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right not to iron certain items, such as dirty, damaged or shiny items and underwear. These items will be returned un-ironed to avoid misunderstanding. These exclusions are not exhaustive and will be at the ironers discretion. Any such items will be pointed out to you immediately on return
Items will be returned within 48 hours unless circumstances beyond our control occur.
All ironing is done in a smoke-free, pet-free environment to ensure the freshness of your laundry. All dark items will be ironed on the reverse to avoid a shiny finish
The maximum amount of compensation we will pay is up to £40 per item. All claims must be made at the time of delivery or upto 2 hours after delivery to avoid any misunderstandings
Unless otherwise agreed, all ironing will be carried out to the instructions on the label (where legible)
Payment must be made on collection or delivery by cash or cheque. Please note if paying by cheque we will require a valid cheque guarantee card
Ordering our service carries with it the obligation to pay for it unless we receive from you a cancellation of or change to your order within 24 hours of the collection time. We reserve the right to charge in full for any order unless we have received notice of cancellation before the 24 hour deadline
All customers will be given a receipt on delivery, detailing any items that have been excluded
If a customer is not home at the mutually agreed collection or delivery time, we reserve the right to charge compensation of £3.00
A minimum charge of £15 applies to all standard orders and £20 on all express orders. ( 24 hour turnaround)
All ironed items will be returned to you within 48 hrs. If you use the express service and require items to be returned within 24 hrs there will be a surcharge of £5 per order.
Hangers can be supplied, at a cost of 20p per hanger, though it is preferable for you to provide your own. Where requested, clothes on hangers  will be returned in protective covers. Items not suitable for hanging will be folded.
Anything left in items (i.e. pockets) or on items (e.g. brooches) are the customers responsibility
Items with a “do not iron” label or items clearly not suitable for ironing will be returned un-ironed. Unwashed items will not be ironed.
We accept no responsibility for any garments that are already damaged when handed over to us. We will iron the garments as requested by you, in the knowledge that you are already aware of these damages/stains/holes on the garments.
