1. How does your ironing service work?
Call 0161 408 2691 and leave a message to arrange collection of your ironing. We will call you back or text you availability remember to leave your mobile number.
We will collect your ironing and hangers, at specified time and check against inventory and you will be notified by text if any discrepancies.
We will text you of delivery time and date
Ironing delivered on hangers, if supplied, or in a box to minimise creasing during transit.
Payment is due on delivery. If you are not there at specified time there is a £3 surcharge for redelivery.

2. Do you have a minimum collection charge?
Yes there is a minimum order of £15 or there is a surcharge of £3 for orders less than £15
3. Where are the clothes ironed?
The clothes are ironed in a smoke free, odour free and pet free environment
4. Will my clothes be put on hangers?
Yes if you provide them, otherwise they will be folded. Note folded clothes will have a certain amount of creasing.
6. How do I pay?
You can pay by cheque with cheque guarantee card, or cash. For regular orders bank transfer is available.
7. What is your standard turnaround time on ironing?
Our standard time is 48 hours and time collection and delivery is usually in the evenings but we will talk to you what works best for you.
8. How should I prepare and pack my clothes for ironing?
Please fold all clothes, do not stuff, into a bag that you would like them returned in. A bag or basket that clothes can be put into rather than a carrier type bag leads to less creasing. If you wash your clothes with fabric softener and not over dry them, they will be easier to iron perfectly.
