Standard Maintenance Cleaning

Our maintenance cleaning is what we carry out for you AFTER we do an initial deep clean.  Costs are usually lower than the initial deep clean and how much is achieved during this clean is dictated by the amount of time spent in your house.

In order to determine what your home needs we carry out something called a house cleaning audit.  This is a comprehensive look at your home and how clean you want or need it to be.

Each person is different, so we mould our cleaning service to suit your lifestyles and needs bearing in mind that all of our cleaning is thorough and not surface cleaning.  Some people prefer to have surface cleaning, so unfortunately,  if this is what you are looking for then we will not be the right cleaning company for you.

And to understand the difference between surface cleaning and our more thorough cleans, Think of it like this- look under your microwave, do you see crumbs?  Look at your light shades and bulbs, how much dust is on the surface?  Or why don’t you look at your bookshelf and move one or more of the books, how much dust is there?  What about behind your settee, what are the skirting boards like?  And last but not least, behind your tv set.?

It’s fair to say that appliances attract the dust but there is a difference in dust that is a day or week old to dust that is months old, and when you look you’ll see the difference, or at least you should.
